Weston Bar started with a simple idea: what if the coffee shop you love in the morning became the bar you miss in the evening? We opened our doors on Hayes Road with that dual spirit in mind — a neighborhood café by day, a quiet cocktail bar by night.
Everything we serve is made with intention. Our espresso is sourced from small-batch roasters. Our cocktails are built from scratch. And our space is designed to feel like nowhere in particular — just comfortable, warm, and yours.
